Customer Care

We want you to buy from NrSlim with complete confidence. Every order is dispatched with tracking, all UK taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout, and there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel is delivered. If you have a question about a product, a size or an order you have already placed, email us at nrslimenterprises@gmail.com and we will reply within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday.

If anything about your order isn't right, the wrong item, a fault, or damage in transit, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. In most cases we will send a replacement or issue a full refund without asking you to post the item back. You can also cancel an order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Full delivery and returns details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Privacy & Safety

NrSlim collects only the information needed to process and deliver your order: your name, delivery and billing address, email address and order details. Payment is handled entirely by our payment provider, over an encrypted connection, we never see or store your full card number.

We use your details to fulfil your order, to provide customer support, and, only if you have opted in, to send you marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. We do not sell your personal information, and we keep it only as long as needed for our legal and accounting obligations. Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted just email nrslimenterprises@gmail.com.

Cancellations & Changes

Need to change or cancel an order? Email us as soon as you can at nrslimenterprises@gmail.com with your order number. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you in full, or amend the details if you prefer. Once an order has been dispatched, our standard returns process applies, see Shipping & Returns.

Payment Methods

We accept all major debit and credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and China UnionPay processed securely by Stripe. Depending on your device, Apple Pay or Google Pay may also be available at checkout. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP), and payment is taken in full when you place your order.
