Yes. You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email nrslimenterprises@gmail.com with your order number. In most cases you will not need to post the item back.

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video showing the problem. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you will not need to return the item.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us approving your cancellation or claim.

All major debit and credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and China UnionPay — processed securely by Stripe. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
