Who we are and what we collect
NrSlim is an online store selling to customers in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at nrslimenterprises@gmail.com and we aim to reply within 24-48 hours, Monday to Friday.
When you buy from us we collect your name, email address, delivery address, phone number and order details. Your card details are entered directly with our payment provider and never reach us: we only see whether the payment succeeded and the last four digits of the card.
When you contact us we keep your email address and whatever you choose to write to us. When you browse the site, cookies and similar technologies collect information about your device and how you use the site.
Why we use it and who we share it with
We use your information to take and deliver your order and to contact you about it, because we need this to perform our contract with you. We use it to handle refunds, cancellations and customer service, and to keep records for tax and accounting, because the law requires it. We use it to improve the site and understand how it is used, which is our legitimate interest in running the shop. We send marketing emails only if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
We share your details with Stripe, which processes your payment; with DHL and our other delivery partners, which need your name and address to deliver your order; with Wix, which hosts this website; and with our suppliers, which need your delivery details to dispatch your order. We do not sell your personal information to anyone. Some of these providers are based outside the United Kingdom; where data is transferred abroad it is protected by the safeguards required under UK data protection law.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw consent, and to ask us to transfer it. Email nrslimenterprises@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
How long we keep it
We keep order and transaction records for six years, as HMRC requires. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe, and general enquiries for up to two years. We may update this policy from time to time; the version that applies to your order is the one published on this site when you place it.
