Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses across the United Kingdom. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then sent by DHL. At checkout you choose DHL Free Shipping (3–8 business days, £0.00) or DHL Express Shipping (2–5 business days, £5.00). Delivery times are estimates from the moment your order is dispatched, not guarantees, and can be longer during sale periods and around Christmas.

You'll receive a dispatch email with a tracking number; please allow 2–3 business days for tracking to start updating. All UK taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. If tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, email nrslimenterprises@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase it. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Return & Exchange Policy

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — just email nrslimenterprises@gmail.com with your order number and the words "cancellation notice". If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

In most cases you will not need to send anything back: once we have approved your cancellation or claim, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, and you can keep or dispose of the original item. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days and cover the price of the goods plus, for a full order cancellation, the standard delivery charge. Prefer a different size or colour? Let us know and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
